Orders are shipped within Italy via BRT courier and to other countries via GLS or equivalent. At the time of shipment, the tracking number is communicated via email so that the parcel can be tracked. Orders are processed after verification of the actual availability of the product and payment confirmation. In the event of errors or inability to process the order, the amount charged will be refunded. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; orders received on public holidays will be processed the next working day. In any case, delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are therefore not binding. After the order has been processed, shipments are delivered in 1-2 days, depending on the delivery area.
