Orders are shipped within Italy via BRT courier and to other countries via GLS or equivalent. Upon shipment, the tracking number is communicated via email so that the package can be tracked. Orders are processed after verification of product availability and payment. In case of errors or inability to process the order, the amount charged will be refunded. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; orders received on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
