DELIVERY

Orders placed on Egan Online Store are shipped to the Italian territory via BRT or equivalent and in other countries via DHL or equivalent. At the time of shipment, the tracking number is communicated so that you can always be updated on the package tracking.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can request a return if these conditions are true (D.L. 206/2005 – Italian Law):
• The return must be done within 15 days from the delivery date of the placed order
• The item must be intact and not used;
