If the product you have received doesn’t satisfy your requests, you can send it back to us.


You can request a return if these conditions are true:

– The return request must be placed within 15 days from the delivery date of the placed order;

– The item must be intact and not used;

– The return shipping must be made using the original box and packaging in which the product was sent and received in. If the original packaging is missing or is damaged, any cardboard in good condition may be used. In any case, the box containing the product must be covered with another package.

If these requests are fulfilled we will refund the product price.

To proceed with the return process, you must create a return request from your personal account.

Once the request has been made, you will receive the return document to be later included in the package and the shipping label to be placed outside the package.

Courier will collect the package within 5 working days from the request.

If you are returning products from a country outside the CE area, further Custom Duties will also be at your charge.

Products purchased online can only be returned following the abovementioned process.

We will not accept products returned to an offline store or requests that do not respect the abovementioned process.
