Orders placed on egan.it are shipped within Italy via BRT courier and to other European Union countries via DHL or equivalent. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to track the package. Orders are processed after verification of product availability and payment. In the event of errors or inability to process the order, the amount charged may be refunded. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; orders received on public holidays will be processed the next working day. In any case, delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are therefore not binding. After the order has been processed, shipments are delivered in 1-2 working days both in Italy and in other European Union countries, depending on the delivery area.

For shipments within the United Kingdom, the indicative costs amount to £7.50. For shipments to other countries in the European Union, the indicative costs amount to £15.

The final shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.
