Orders are shipped within Italy via BRT courier and to other countries via GLS or equivalent. Upon shipment, the tracking number is communicated via email so that the package can be tracked. Orders are processed after verification of product availability and payment. In case of errors or inability to process the order, the amount charged will be refunded. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; orders received on public holidays will be processed the next working day. In any case, delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are therefore not binding. After the order has been processed, shipments are delivered in 1-2 days, depending on the delivery area.

It is possible to request the return of a product purchased within 15 days of receiving the order.
